In consideration of other guests, we ask that phones are turned off and that the noise level is low in order to maintain the serene and relaxing environment within the Spa. Smoking is not permitted. We encourage you to drink lots of fresh water to aid in the natural detoxification process that accompanies every treatment

The Thermal Suite facilities are unisex. Swimwear is required for the thermal suite, while robes and slippers are provided. We recommend you bring dry undergarments for after your treatments. Use of the Thermal Suite is not permitted during pregnancy.

The Thermal Suite is complimentary with every treatment of 55 minutes or more or is available at €20 for hotel residents and €35 for non-residents.

Treatments and packages are available to both hotel residents and non-residents. Certain packages are only available mid-week or during certain periods. All treatments are subject to availability.  

You may request a specific therapist; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our licensed therapists are fully trained to ensure your comfort at all times.

On arrival at the Tranquillity Spa, you will be given a health consultation card to fill in. Please advise the Spa of any allergies, medical conditions or disabilities e.g. pregnancy, high blood pressure, asthma etc. Some treatments are cautioned for certain conditions, although the Spa may be able to tailor a programme to individual needs.

Guests who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled treatment will incur a 100% charge.

Please be advised, for safety reasons, clients must be over 18 years of age to use the Thermal Suite and to avail of treatments.
