Think Italian food but chicer! Fumo Birmingham is owned by the hugely successful San Carlo umbrella that operates many modern Italian eateries around the UK. Located on Waterloo Street, Fumo’s menu is based around ‘Chichetti’: Venetian tapas like Sicilian prawns and slow-roasted pork belly. Five to six dishes are recommended per couple and is by reservation only.
