    Fota Wild Life Park

    Fota Wild Life Park is a great day out in Cork, the 100-acre wildlife park is one of the leading tourist attractions in Ireland. It is home to thousands of animals and where possible animals are allowed to roam freely, allowing you to get up close and personal to some of the animals.     For those who like the great outdoors, Doneraile Wildlife Park has over 160 hectares of parklands with mature grounds and a number of deer herds. There is a variety of walks, riverside, woodland, and walks through the deer parks. You will find three species of deer in the wildlife park; Red, Fallow, and Sika and a herd of Irish deer. Doneraile Court, a stunning Georgian Mansion of architectural interest overlooks the park.
